RUSH PRODUCTION RULES : Artwork files sized exactly to imprint specs must be provided at the time of order. Art files must be created in vector format. Text must be converted to outlines. Ideal file types are .ai, .eps. No art revisions are allowed. In extreme cases where the delivery deadline is critical pre-production artwork proofs will be waived.

Almost every project we work on has time-sensitive deadlines. To ensure your order is processed and put into production expeditiously we ask that you review and prepare for the pre-production requirements below:

Once your order is placed and you've received a confirmation we must verify the following before production begins:

1. Proper art is received for branding your product(s). We will notify you asap if art revisions are needed. Charges may apply depending on the complexity of the revisions.
2. Digital print proof of your art on the product must be approved.
3. Payment method is verified. First-time orders require a credit card. (PO's are not an acceptable payment method.)

Production begins the day these 3 requirements are confirmed. If confirmed after 2:00 PM EST, production will begin the next business day unless otherwise notified by us in writing.

RUSH PRODUCTION: To meet shipment deadlines, the digital print proof requirement may be waived in some cases. You will be notified ahead of time in this instance for approval to proceed anyway.
