Art files must be created in vector format. Text must be converted to outlines. Ideal file types are .ai, .eps. No art revisions are allowed. In extreme cases where the delivery deadline is critical pre-production artwork proofs will be waived. ORDERING INFO : Almost every project we work on has time-sensitive delivery deadlines. To ensure your order is processed and put into production expeditiously we ask that you review and prepare for the pre-production requirements below.
Once your order is placed and you've received a confirmation we must verify the following before production begins:
Proper art is received for printing. We'll notify you asap if art revisions are needed.
Digital Print Proof is reviewed and approved in writing.
Payment method is verified. (PO's are not acceptable payment methods.)
Production begins the next business day on any final approvals received after 1pm EST unless otherwise available and agreed upon.
For Rush Production, step 2 may require waiving to meet deadlines.
